Where is the Internet Email Address updated?
	If the request was submitted for an individual who does not have Accenture based email service, the Internet email address will only be updated in the Enterprise Directory. If the request was submitted for an individual who has an eID, the Internet email address will be updated in both Enterprise Directory (Exchange) and the Notes NAB (if applicable).
Why is the Internet email address updated in the Enterprise Directory?
	It is important to capture the Internet email address value in the Enterprise Directory. Exchange relies on the Enterprise Directory for its information. If an individual does not have Accenture based email service, the Internet Address value, stored in the Enteprise Directory, is used as the contact address to send emails such as Enterprise Password Expiration reminders.
Why is the Notes NAB still updated with the Internet Email Address if Exchange is Accenture's primary email service?
	The NAB needs to be updated so Notes Applications can send email. Email sent from these sources will use the Notes NAB to obtain the proper email address.
How long does it take the Internet email address to update in the Enterprise Directory?
	At most, the Enterprise Directory will be updated with the new Internet email address within 24 hours.
How long does it take the Notes forwarding address to update?
	At most the Notes NAB will be updated with the new Internet email address within 48 hours.
Will I receive a confirmation after I request an update to my Internet email address?
	Yes, a confirmation of the change will be sent to the old (if available) and new Internet email addresses.
I am a Solutions Operations Unit Lead. I requested an update to an employee's Internet email address. Will I receive a confirmation of my request?
	Yes, a confirmation of the change will be sent to you as well as to the employee's old (if available) and new Internet email addresses.
After I changed my Internet Email Address, a message stated that I should receive a confirmation in the my current and new mail account. I didn't receive any message.

I received a message in my Internet mail account indicating that my Internet email address has been changed but I did not request the change.
	Solutions Operations Technical Unit Leads are permitted to change the Internet Mail Address for their employees. Contact your Unit Lead to find out if they made this change. If you do not have a Solutions Operations Technical Unit Lead or the Unit Lead did not make the change request, contact CIO Technology Services to report this issue.
I tried to enter an Internet email address that contained "@accenture.com" but I received an error message. Why can't I request an Internet email address that contains "@accenture.com"?
	Only individuals who do not have an mailbox in the Accenture domain should be requesting an Internet email address update. If you have an Exchange mailbox, you should not be using this web site.
